Nature’s Bites – Returns & Refunds Policy
At Nature’s Bites, we take pride in the quality of our dried fruit and natural food products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. This policy explains when returns are accepted and who covers return postage.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
1. 30-Day Returns Overview
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We offer returns in the following two situations:
Option 1: Unopened Products (Change of Mind)
You may return products within 30 days if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Option 2: Opened but Faulty Products
If a product has been opened and is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law.
In these cases:

We will offer a full refund or replacement

We will cover the cost of return postage, or

Where appropriate, issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned (common for food items)
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
2. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If you receive an item that is:

Faulty

Damaged in transit

Incorrect

Unsafe or past its use-by date
Contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos or batch information to help assess the issue.
Where goods are faulty, your rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and you will not be required to pay return postage.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened food products, unless faulty

Products that have been tampered with or improperly stored after delivery

Custom or personalised items

Gift cards
Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or confirm a fault), we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 10 business days

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the refund
